General Terms & Conditions


The experience is offered subject to availability and weather conditions. Fury Events Activities cannot guarantee that the experience will not be withdrawn if the weather conditions on the day render the experience unsafe. The experience will then be rescheduled for another date. In the event of an experience being withdrawn (not due to adverse weather conditions) the customer or recipient will be offered an alternative date to undertake the experience. Session lengths are meant as an approximation only. The experience is provided subject to any restrictions stated on the website or via other information provided. A failure to comply with such a restriction will prevent the customer or recipient from undertaking the activity and in such circumstances Fury Events Activities is under no duty to provide an alternative experience or a refund. Please note that the recipient must provide a proof of their age if requested to do so.



Fury Events reserve the right to alter how an activity is run at any time with no notice required



Bookings will be confirmed and secured upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person. If the numbers drop on the day of the event the deposit paid cannot be redeemed against the outstanding balance of the booking. If the deposit is not paid by the set payment date shown on the invoice Fury Events reserve the right to remove your booking from the diary without notification.

Final Payment


The outstanding balance will be due for payment 2 weeks prior to the event date. Payments are non refundable and non transferable. Full pre payment must be received in order for the event to go ahead.



Upon cancellation or reduction in numbers, deposits paid are non-refundable. All cancellations / reductions in numbers should be notified as soon as possible by phone or email. Any cancellations within 7 days of the activity date will result in the group leader being held liable for the full cost of the cancelled activity or reduction.



A safety briefing will be conducted at the start of all activities. Safety equipment will be provided for each activity.  Fury Events Activities accepts no liability for loss or damage during any activity.

Whilst Quad Biking, any party member who does not comply with the rules stated in the safety briefing will be withdrawn from the activity without refund. This particularly refers to anyone who puts themselves and others at risk. It is paramount that the party abide by the rules and regulations stated in the safety briefing.

We reserve the right to cancel or change your activity for safety purposes.


Fury Events Activities may terminate a party’s activity if they feel that the behaviour of the group does not adhere to the safety briefing provided prior to the activity.

Alcohol & Drugs


Fury Events Activities reserves the right to refuse participation to clients they believe may have been under the influence or alcohol or drugs.

Disclaimers & Insurance


A Disclaimer must be signed prior to participating in all activities. It is paramount that participants recognise that there is an element of risk associated with these activities. Whilst every care and attention is taken to ensure participants safety by conducting a thorough safety briefing you will have to sign a disclaimer stating that you accept that there are risks involved in these activities and that you accept no liability against Fury Events Activities in the circumstance of an accident during one of the activities.

Whilst not mandatory it is advisable that you arrange your own personal injury insurance.

Gift Vouchers


The recipient will not be permitted to commence the experience unless in possession of a valid voucher. A voucher will be deemed invalid if out of date, and is both activity specific and recipient specific. The voucher is valid until the date specified on it. If the customer or recipient is unable to utilise the voucher before the expiry date, upon payment of an administration fee of £10.00per person the company shall reissue a voucher for the same experience which shall be valid for a further 3 months.

Exchanges (Gift Vouchers)


The customer or recipient may exchange the voucher for another experience from our selection subject to the payment of any difference in price of the experience. The customer or recipient shall not be permitted to exchange the voucher if the experience has been booked. The customer or recipient will not be allowed to exchange the voucher or be entitled to a refund in the event of losing the voucher.

Refunds and cancellations (Gift Vouchers)


Customers are not permitted to cancel a Gift Voucher, though one can be transferred to another party at a charge of a £25.00per person administration fee, provided the voucher has not expired. Fury Events Activities reserves the right to postpone or discontinue an experience at its own discretion and an alternative activity/date will be offered to the customer. Vouchers entitle the holder to participate in a particular activity however do not have a value therefore refunds are not given against vouchers. Any changes 1 month prior to an event date will incur a re-booking charge of £10 per person, and changes within 14 days are not permitted.

Medical Conditions


Due to the nature of some activities, participation may be dangerous to health. Accordingly the recipient must notify both a representative of Fury Events Activities before booking the experience of any medical condition likely to affect them. Upon signing in for the event customers are required to sign a waiver confirming their suitability for any activities they wish to participate in and absolving the company of any responsibility for ill health as a result of taking part.

Refunds and cancellations (Other Events)


Fury Events Activities reserves the right to discontinue an experience at its own discretion and an alternative will be offered to the customer. The customer shall not receive a refund if the event does not take place because of national war, prohibitive government regulation or anything else beyond the reasonable control of Fury Events Activities. The customer shall not receive a refund if they cancel the event.



Deposits (£20) are per person and are non refundable and non transferable.

Once the balance has been paid this is also non refundable and non transferable.

Rage Buggies/Gemini Mud Buggies


A Maximum of 2 buggies will be run on a track at any one time. Whether the Gemini or Rage buggies will be run is at Fury Events discretion.

Quad Bike Sessions


A maximum of 20 quad bikes will be ran at any one time.

Groups of 4 and under may share session with other groups

Agent/stag group company bookings

When booking activities with Fury Events through an external agency/company all booking arrangements and details are direct with them. Any disagreement in details or arrangements prior to or on the day of the booking must be taken up with the agency/company directly. Fury Events are only responsible for bookings made directly with the Fury Events admin office.



Groups must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the time slot they have been allocated. If a group arrives over 15 minutes later than their allotted time the group will not be able to take part in the activity. No refund will be given.

If some members of the group are late they will not receive the full time on the activity and will have to take part in the time that remains in the groups allotted session time.

4x4 Driving Sessions – Passengers


A 4×4 driving experience qualifies one person to take part as the driver. It is possible for up to 3 passengers to accompany the driver in the back of the vehicle. For each extra person in the vehicle will be charge of £5 to be paid on arrival at the session.

Exclusion of liability


Fury Events Activities shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, recipient or third party unless it is due to the negligence of Fury Events Activities. Fury Events Activities shall have no liability for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses resulting from third party claims.

Statutory rights


Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect the Customers statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
